    Maverick X3 P-Drive Pully. This is a great way to upgrade your 2021 and older Maverick X3

    Your existing belt will work just fine, although installing a new belt at this time is a great idea! We can direct you if you need help finding the right one for your machine.

    The P-drive is a smoother engaging, less clunky, faster responding clutch when compared to the 2021 and older models.

    Your existing M14X165 bolt and washer will work just fine when installing this clutch.

  • This is the XMR 1000 rear differential found in 2013-2018 800R 850 1000/1000R XMR.

    It will fit g2 bikes (500/650/800/850/1000) if you are upgrading you will need to shorten your shaft 1.75? or buy a kit from us, please see our other listings.

    This differential has automotive style cut gears, tapered roller bearings, along with an overall larger gear size. There are a total of three bearings on the pinion gear giving it much more support over the standard rear differentials, this requires a shorter driveshaft, as mentioned earlier if you are swapping this in place of a standard differential.

    Pinion spline count 20, standard differentials use 18 spline pinion shafts, that are smaller in diameter. If you are upgrading you will need a 20 spline end yoke to match.

    In every way this is a beefier differential.

    To bolt your driveshaft on this differential you will need a M10x1.25 16mm long bolt (not included)

  • This is the 2019+ rear differential found in Renegades and Outlanders 650 and larger This has the 6 inch (155mm) ring gear with straight cut teeth as shown. It will fit g2 bikes (500/650/800/1000) if you are upgrading you will need to shorten your shaft 1.75 inches or buy a kit from us, please see our other listings. This has a provision for an abs sensor, but will fit bikes without a rear diff sensor BRP claims 25% increase in load capacity on this gear set vs the spiral cut xmr final drive units (rear differentials) from 13-18 models.   • 2012-2018 G2 ATV Rear Differential Swap Kit Kit includes: Rear Differential, Rear driveshaft, Bolt and Washer. This kit includes a rear differential with: Tapered roller bearings Three bearings on the pinion gear 6 inch diameter ring gear Your choice of gear style, spiral bevel or straight cut. Both have the same 3.60 ratio as your current differential. Spiral Bevel Gears are sourced from the 2013-18 800 850 and 1000 XMR differentials. Current part number 705502808 The driveshaft included is an OEM shaft with the correct end yokes for your application. The differential end yoke will not use a wear ring, this has been done away with by BRP the yoke is what the pinion seal touches now. You will need to fill the differential with 250ml (8.4oz) of 75W-140 gear oil and transfer over your fill plug and washer. The torque spec on the driveshaft retaining bolt is 55ftlbs with thread locker applied. Some minor trimming on the brackets that surround the differential is required. These differentials have the provision for an ABS sensor, this is standard on euro models, for mud riders state side, you can fill this hole with RTV or leave it open. If you are running the silver protector ring on your axle, you will need to push the ring outward slightly. We choose to remove these dust covers as they tend to trap debris when run under water.
