This part is made for 2016-current Outlander and Renegade 1000R’s, but would be perfect for a machine with a larger aftermarket clutch or any machine using a Maverick Primary, as this cover has more room inside for the stud.

Wear ring is not needed or included on this shaft. The yoke is simply machined larger in outer diameter. If you have any doubts about fitment, please count your splines on your gearbox output shaft and the pinion shaft on your differential. SHIPS FREE TO THE LOWER 48 STATES New OEM Standard G2 Rear Differential Ring & Pinion Gear Set 1652 There are a few options for kits, please verify your differential uses this style of gears before ordering! This will only fit six mounting hole differentials. OEM Rear Differential Gear set 10/36 Ring and Pinion gear set. The gears are straight cut as pictured. Open up the differential! Check for two bearings total (one on each side) on the ring gear. If you only have two proceed to the next measurement. Measure your outer diameter of your axle seals! They should measure close to 2 1/16? (52mm) To further verify fitment you can measure your pinion pilot shaft, this should be 5/8? (16mm) Please take the time to measure your parts before buying this will save time and restocking fees. Fits 2015 -2019 G2 style ATV 500/570/650/800/850/1000/1000R NON-XMR style REAR differential. 570/650 XMR machines do not have the true XMR differential.

OEM protector ring installed Gearbox side yoke swapped to 18 spline Current Part number: 703500988 Previous Part number: 703500858 703500931 If you have a 2019+ 570 short wheel base single rider, this may be the correct shaft for your application, the parts fiche may not show the correct part number. You will need to measure the outer diameter of your rear differential's pinon seal, this shaft will only work with machines that have a 80mm pinion seal. If you measure 70mm you will need 703500986. 20 spline differential side yoke (fits 705502808/705502546 rear differential) 18 spline gearbox side yoke (small gearbox size) No wear ring needed, the deferential side yoke is machined to the outer diameter that a wear ring would be.
