Kit includes: Custom Black Powder coated Brackets All Hardware needed New OEM Maverick differential New OEM Driveshaft with correct yoke and seal protector installed. No welding needed BUT you will need to cut/drill part of your frame to make this fit. Stock axles will work, no stretched arms or lift needed. The maverick differential is considerably more quiet than the stock Commander unit. SHIPS FREE TO THE LOWER 48 STATES Standard G2 Rear Differential Bearing and Seal Kit High quality aftermarket bearings along with double lip axle seals. Bearing and Seal Brands include: Nachi, KOYO, NTN, Timken, SKF The large case sealing and pinion gear O-rings are NOT included as a cost saving measure, these O-rings are reusable if not damaged. There are a few options for kits, please verify your differential uses this style of gears before ordering! This will only fit six mounting hole differentials. Open up the differential! Check for two bearings total (one on each side) on the ring gear. If you only have two proceed to the next measurement. Measure your outer diameter of your axle seals! They should measure close to 2 1/16″ (52mm) To further verify fitment you can measure your pinion pilot shaft, this should be 5/8″ (16mm) The last pictures show this very clearly. Please take the time to measure your parts before buying this will save time and restocking fees. Fits 2015 and newer G2 style ATV 500/570/650/800/850/1000/1000R NON-XMR style REAR differential.570/650 XMR machines do not have the true XMR differential.
NEW OEM Can-am rear driveshaft retaining bolts. Don’t know your size? These are the two most common sizes. M12 x 16 and M10 x 16 with washers. Ships exactly as pictured. On the M12x16 bolt we recommend adding thread locking compound before installation. Thread pitch is 1.25
