Canam CVT Cover Kit Commander/Maverick 1000R

This outer cover has two breather holes, one in front of the primary, one on the secondary.
This outer cover is the factory replacement for 420612319, some aftermarket clutches will not clear the new breather hole style you may need to modify this cover or backdate it to the 420612313 style with out the secondary breather.

Late G1 Early G2 Standard Rear Differential Rebuild Kit
There are a few options for rebuild kits, please measure your parts before ordering!!
OEM Rear Differential Gear set 10/36 Ring and Pinion gear set. The gears are straight cut as pictured.
Paired with high quality aftermarket bearings along with double lip axle seals.
This kit should be installed by an experienced technician. Ring gear shims are included as the gears will need to be set up in your cases, the pinion shims should remain unchanged
Note: the O rings are not included, this is a cost savings measure as they are generally reusable.
There are a few options for kits, please verify your differential uses this style of gears before ordering! This will only fit six mounting hole differentials.
Open up the differential! Check for two bearings total (one on each side) on the ring gear. If you only have two proceed to the next measurement.
Measure your outer diameter of your axle seals!
They should measure close to 1 3/4" (47mm)
To further verify fitment you can measure your pinion pilot shaft, this should be 9/16? (14mm)
The last pictures show this very clearly. Please take the time to measure your parts before buying this will save time and restocking fees.
OEM Radiator Relocate Kit. This moves your radiator (not included) up on your front rack. This is a must for tackling extreme mud conditions where you risk clogging your radiator and overheating your engine! Allows for easy servicing (cleaning) This is a factory OEM kit, not an aftermarket kit, instructions are provided on BRP’s website. Coolant overflow tank is included, hoses ect.. You will not find a better fit and finish kit on the market. There is drilling and cutting involved. This is all covered in great detail. Roughly 3.5 hour install time This kit fits G2 and G2L models check out the pictured fitment chart if you are unsure what you ride. The white “can-am” is a protective film that can be removed with a small pick. Part number 715001930

OEM Snorkel kit, this raises the engine air intake well above the handlebars. The ECU is relocated to allow for CVT breather tubes to extend upward. This kit includes the brackets for the two plug type ECU found on ride by wire outlanders. With the tubes molded specifically for this application this is the cleanest kit you can install on your machine.
