This will only fit six mounting hole differentials. OEM Rear Differential Gear set 10/36 Ring and Pinion gear set. The gears are straight cut as pictured. Open up the differential! Check for two bearings total (one on each side) on the ring gear. If you only have two proceed to the next measurement. Measure your outer diameter of your axle seals! They should measure close to 2 1/16? (52mm) To further verify fitment you can measure your pinion pilot shaft, this should be 5/8? (16mm) Please take the time to measure your parts before buying this will save time and restocking fees. Fits 2015 -2019  G2 style ATV 500/570/650/800/850/1000/1000R NON-XMR style REAR differential. 570/650 XMR machines do not have the true XMR differential.

Demon Heavy Duty Axles are built using larger CV joints and shafts, paired with our proprietary dual heat treatment process, and 4340 Chromoly Steel inner CV cage gives these the axles the edge it needs for superior strength and longevity. These axles also utilize a unique double plunge design which allows it to achieve higher articulation angles approximately, the axles are designed to slide on the bar splines allowing for 1.5 inches of travel and 40° articulation over terrain on the inboard joint. The outboard joint can travel 0.5inches and swing from 45°-47° depending on the model. The Demon heavy duty axles are equipped The TPEE (Thermoplastic polyester elastomer) boots which are stronger, stiffer, more fatigue resistant, puncture resistant, and more temperature resistant than a standard OEM boot.     Forged pistons compared to cast pistons, forgings are tougher and more durable, and will stand up to the abuse that high performance motorsport applications require. Most castings are brittle, have no grain structure and tend to fail catastrophically when the material yield strength is exceeded. Forgings have condensed grain that is aligned to the features of the part, which produces higher mechanical properties, and resistance to impact and fatigue. Each forging is designed to optimize the strength-to-weight ratio, and maximize performance.
