Our Custom USA Made Maverick Swap Kit. Allows you to run the better/stronger OEM Maverick Differential in your Commander. Kit includes: Custom Black Powder coated Brackets All Hardware needed New OEM Maverick differential New OEM Driveshaft with correct yoke and seal protector installed. No welding needed BUT you will need to cut/drill part of your frame to make this fit. Stock axles will work, no stretched arms or lift needed. The maverick differential is considerably more quiet than the stock Commander unit. Maverick differentials have proven to hold up much better, often referred to Can-am’s first real SXS rear differential. The gear ratio is the same as your stock Commander differential. Can-am Rear G2 2012 and newer prop shaft. All New All OEM Shaft OEM U-joints, with OEM gearbox seal protector installed. Correct shaft for Single Seat (SWB) 2012-14 1000 Outlander or Renegade with 1000 XMR rear differential. WILL NOT WORK ON 2015 Outlander 1000/1000R and newer as these have the smaller gearbox. Direct replacement for 2016-Current Renegade 1000R XMR **Please note, this is the most updated shaft and does not require a wear ring on the differential side of the shaft. Bearing and Seal Brands include: Nachi, KOYO, NTN, Timken, SKF The large case sealing and pinion gear O-rings are NOT included as a cost saving measure, these O-rings are reusable if not damaged. There are a few options for kits, please verify your differential uses this style of gears before ordering! This will only fit six mounting hole differentials. Open up the differential! Check for two bearings total (one on each side) on the ring gear. If you only have two proceed to the next measurement. Measure your outer diameter of your axle seals! They should measure close to 2 1/16″ (52mm) To further verify fitment you can measure your pinion pilot shaft, this should be 5/8″ (16mm) The last pictures show this very clearly. Please take the time to measure your parts before buying this will save time and restocking fees. Fits 2015 and newer G2 style ATV 500/570/650/800/850/1000/1000R NON-XMR style REAR differential.570/650 XMR machines do not have the true XMR differential.
SHIPS FREE TO THE LOWER 48 STATES Late G1 Early G2 Standard Rear Differential Rebuild Kit There are a few options for rebuild kits, please measure your parts before ordering!! OEM Rear Differential Gear set 10/36 Ring and Pinion gear set. The gears are straight cut as pictured. Paired with high quality aftermarket bearings along with double lip axle seals. This kit should be installed by an experienced technician. Ring gear shims are included as the gears will need to be set up in your cases, the pinion shims should remain unchanged Note: the O rings are not included, this is a cost savings measure as they are generally reusable. There are a few options for kits, please verify your differential uses this style of gears before ordering! This will only fit six mounting hole differentials. Open up the differential! Check for two bearings total (one on each side) on the ring gear. If you only have two proceed to the next measurement. Measure your outer diameter of your axle seals! They should measure close to 1 3/4" (47mm) To further verify fitment you can measure your pinion pilot shaft, this should be 9/16? (14mm) The last pictures show this very clearly. Please take the time to measure your parts before buying this will save time and restocking fees.
