Prices and WI Sales Tax
All prices are listed in USD and subject to change at any time and Canam Parts Guy, LLC reserves the right to do this at any time without announcing the change. Please make sure you check with us to get the most accurate price. All prices unless otherwise noted DO NOT include shipping prices. All WI residents must pay a 5.5% sales tax on any purchase made with Canam Parts Guy, LLC.
International customers are responsible for any import fees/duties charged by your customs department, we do not know how much these charges will be.
All shipping charges are prepaid with the order unless noted otherwise. If you place an order and wish to cancel it please email Jared@canampartsguy.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We strive to ship out your order the same business day it was placed. We are not a shipping carrier, we will package and ship out the order with care, it is up to the carrier to get the package to you. Orders will be shipped to your billing address, we can not change the address after an order is placed. This is your responsibly to enter the correct address.
Orders with out of stock (Available on backorder) items may be split into multiple shipments, this is at our discretion. We will send backordered items as soon as they come in.
We do our best to sell you the correct parts, however mistakes happen; parts are swapped and fitment is never 100% on second hand ATV/SXS. Please contact us to request a return, as this is a case by case choice by Canam Parts, LLC to accept a return on any parts. No shipping charges will be refunded. All additional return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Returned items MUST be returned in the same condition as purchased. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned item arrives in the same condition as you received it. The supplied packaging may not be adequate for the return trip, please package the items carefully. All refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We will determine the condition of the item when we receive it. Parts that have been opened or used are subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds are generally processed with in two working days. We issue the refund the same way the item was paid for. We are not your bank, we do not control how long a refund will take to show up on your account. We will discuss alternative payment options on a case by case basis, generally this results in a check mailed out as most payments have a 90 day window to issue the refund.
Canam Parts Guy, LLC. does not offer a warranty on any product we sell. We will help with manufacture offered warranties, by providing proof of purchase via email as requested.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
